Rangeland RV and Trailer Sales Giveaway Terms & Conditions
This giveaway is open to Alberta residents aged 18 years or older, excluding employees of Rangeland RV, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
Proof of Alberta residency and age may be required to claim the prize.
Entrants must scan the QR code at Rangeland RV’s Ponoka Stampede display and provide their full name, email address, and phone number to complete registration.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be discarded.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM on June 25, 2025.
The closing date for entries is 11:59 PM on June 29, 2025.
There will be one (1) prize:
4 General Admission Tickets to the Canada Day Finals Rodeo at the Ponoka Stampede, taking place on July 1, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event the prize becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
The winner will be chosen at random from valid entries.
The winner will be announced on June 30, 2025 at 3:00 PM MST via Rangeland RV’s Instagram page (@rangeland_rv) and contacted directly via email, phone or DM.
The winner must respond within 3 (3) hours of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new winner will be selected at random.
Winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility before receiving the prize.
Personal information collected will be used solely by Rangeland RV for marketing and promotional purposes.
The promoter, Rangeland RV and Trailer Sales, reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical errors or other unforeseen circumstances.
By entering, entrants grant Rangeland RV the right to use submitted information for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity without additional compensation.
